All information and materials protected by copyright and published on the website of Chiayi Art Museum can be provided for public use in a free, non-exclusive and sublicensed manner. Users may reproduce, modify, edit, publicly transmit or use them by other means without time or space limitations, and develop a variety of products or services (“Value-Added Products”). This licensing action will not be withdrawn. Users do not need to obtain authorization from us in writing or other means, but shall provide reference notes.

1. The scope of this licensing only covers copyright protections, and does not extend to other intellectual property rights, which include but are not limited to the provision of patents, trademarks and logos from the organization.
2. With respect to the collection, processing and use of personal data, whether disclosed by the Parties themselves or disclosed in accordance with the law, users shall plan and implement the corresponding measures required by the relevant provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
3. Part of the audiovisual materials, images, musical scores and written articles or works by assigned people may be used upon agreement of the agency.
